Our buildings require a level pad before we begin construction. The pad does not have to be a concrete slab.

• Permits are required in some areas.
• It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all required permits before the materials are delivered.

• It could mean deeper holes are required, heavier top plates and in some counties, top plates are required to be bolted.

• The crew can put all trash from the job site in a pile. It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of it.

• The inside height is one foot less than the outside building height with a concrete slab inside.
